Expect two calm conversations: one about how you approach work, another focused on pairing through a real scenario. We skip brainteasers and keep logistics reasonable.

Onboarding

If we all say yes, you'll get a documented onboarding plan, local context about lutruwita/Tasmania, and a buddy who helps you navigate the first 90 days.
